Dies Storage

Do you ever wonder how to store your Dies? I saw this idea a while back and just love it! I wanted to share it with you too....

Use empty Stampin' Up! clear mount cases. Stampin' Up! sells them in a package of 4. I cut Designer Series Paper to slip in between the cover and case to give it a decorative look. The DSP was cut at 10 1/2 x 7.

For the inside, I cut strips of self adhesive magnetic sheets and placed them inside the case. Since the dies are metal, they stick to the magnetic sheets perfectly.

Depending on different sized dies, you can place them on the magnetic sheets in any position.

Here is my collection of die stamp cases. Ten cases. I have a lot of dies!

Someone Who Changes Everything

Hello there bloggy friends! Can you believe February is here?

I have a cute Valentine's Day card to share with you today. The little envelope and the floating hearts make me smile. Sigh.

Lookie here.......

I cut a 3x3 piece of Crumb Cake cardstock and used the Envelope Punch Board to make the little envelope. The hearts were punched out with the Small Heart Punch.

Did I tell you how much I love this card? It is one of the few cards that came out exactly how I had it pictured in my mind. I love it when that happens.

Have a great day!

I Think You're Lovely

Sale A Bration starts today! Yeah!!! If you are not familiar with Sale A Bration this is an annual event Stampin' Up! offers free product with each purchase of $50 (before tax and s&h). Visit my website to view the Sale A Bration pamphlet.

My project share today is featuring a stamp set you can receive for free with a $50 purchase.

Lookie here......

This gift bag is simple yet packs a punch. At least I think so. The chevron bag is the Tag a Bag Gift Bags. I made the bookmark (2 x 5 1/2) using the Scalloped Tag Punch in the Occasion Catalog. The greeting is from the SAB set You're Lovely cut out with the Deco Labels Framelits Dies. I added some punched out Petite Petals, Summer Starfruit Ribbon and a clothespin to hold it onto the bag.

I can't wait to give this to a friend with a little gift tucked inside, even if it is just candy. Chocolate of course!

Million & One

Happy Monday! I have another card share from my stamp class.

I really like card kits. So when I saw the Watercolor Wonder Designer Note Cards & Envelopes in the Occasions Catalog I was excited. Talk about simple and easy! All you need is a greeting stamp, an ink pad and viola!!! However, you can add more embellishments if you wish.

Here is my simple and easy idea.......

I stamped the greeting (Million & One) in black Staz On ink. I did want to add some embellishments so I stamped Petite Petals in Strawberry Slush, Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango. Then I punched them out with the matching punch.

This greeting stamp complements these note cards very well. I just love it!

Thanks for visiting today. Stay tuned, this week I will share another project from my stamp class.

Hello, Sailor

Hello there blog friends, I have a very cute card to share with you today. I am a sucker for anything nautical so when I saw the new High Tide Suite in the Occasions Catalog I had to have it all!!!

Lookie here......

This card makes me smile. I love the whale, too cute!! I cut up different sizes of the High Tide DSP and layered it onto Crumb Cake cardstock. The saying, Hello, Sailor, was cut out with the Word Bubbles Framelits Dies then I used Epic Day This and That Washi Tape to adhere it to the card. To embellish the card I added Pacific Point Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Silver Baker's Twine, and punched small circles out of the Silver Foil Sheets.

This card is one of several cards that we will make at my stamp class next month. Stay tuned this week as I will be sharing more projects from my stamp class.

Love ya!

I love to hand out favors to family, friends and co-workers for all types of Holidays.  This cute Valentine Hershey Nugget favor is a cinch to make!!

In the Celebrate the Everyday Occasions Catalog you can find two new Tag Topper Punches, page 35. I cut out a 2 x 6 ½ strip of Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper Stack, page 33. Then I punched each end of the strip with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Then I scored the strip at 2 5/8 on each side, creased the score lines, adhere the nugget between the score line with glue dots, added ribbon, Coastal Cabana Ruffle Trim and Silver Ribbon, then added the cute Just Sayin’ stamp "Love ya" in Real Red and Word Bubbles Framelits Dies. I gave it a little extra touch by punching out a heart with the Small Heart Punch, page 183 in the yearly catalog.

Lookie here.......

With the new Topper Punches you can make bookmarks ,tags, favors and....the possibilities are endless!
